Happy 30th Birthday VOYPIC!

On 21 October 1993, a group of 57 young people and the adults that supported them came together to talk about care. From this meeting, VOYPIC was born.

For the past 30 years, VOYPIC has been at the heart of making things better for children and young people with lived experience of care in Northern Ireland. As the organisation turns 30, we want to look back at our history, and recommit to being your place and your voice for the next 30 years.

We are committed to being the organisation for children and young people with lived experience of care across Northern Ireland.

We know that experience doesn’t end when you leave care.

In our 30th birthday year, we are extending our advocacy and peer support for care experienced young adults, up to 30 years old.
