Leading Change is a VOYPIC Programme, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, made up of three key projects.
Advocacy to 30
Through our Leading Change Independent Advocacy Programme, we are providing advocacy support for young care leavers up to the age of 30.
Youth Leadership
The VOYPIC Youth Leadership Programme, Leading Change, is a regional project open to care-experienced young people, aged 14 years old and over, from across Northern Ireland.
Coaching & Mentoring
VOYPIC offers coaching, mentoring and peer support for care-experienced young people aged 18 years old and over, primarily in the Belfast and Derry-Londonderry areas.
