The project worker will support young people in our “Leading Change” programme. The project worker will provide complimentary support to young people availing of our advocacy or mentoring support. They will also assist the programme team to co facilitate
the youth leadership programme and peer support groups.
Peer Support Worker

The Peer Support Worker will support the delivery of VOYPIC’s Link Up programme by using their lived experience of being a separated or unaccompanied young person to positively engage, support and empower other unaccompanied young people aged 16–30.
Working alongside the Link Up Participation and Advocacy Worker and wider VOYPIC team, the Peer Support Worker will help create safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces where young people can share experiences, build confidence, develop skills and strengthen
connections within their communities.
