This year has challenged not just young people in care but the whole world. COVID-19 has changed everything.
To help us understand how COVID-19 has impacted on children in care, some VOYPIC Young Leaders have designed a questionnaire to gather your views and opinions on the pandemic.
This should only take 10 minutes to complete, but you might want to ask an adult to help you fill it in. Everyone who completes the survey will have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw, with a chance to win a £20 shopping voucher.

The survey will close at 5pm on Friday 28 May.
