Salary: NJC points 31-36 £34,728- £39,890
Voice of Young People in Care (VOYPIC) is seeking an Area Manager (Belfast and South East Area) to assist us to achieve extraordinary things through the delivery of a diverse range of programmes to children and young people with a lived experience of care.
We are looking for someone capable, motivated, and dynamic to help us achieve our vision. The main purpose of the job is to lead a multidisciplinary team to promote the rights of children and young people living in and leaving care, ensuring their voice is at the heart of all decision making.
We are looking for an individual who will be completely committed to our values and understands the importance of measuring and understanding our impact on children and young people in care.
